Photo & Video Disclaimer

Convoy of Hope United Kingdom reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Convoy of Hope United Kingdom, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Convoy of Hope United Kingdom may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by Convoy of Hope United Kingdom, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

A person attending a Convoy of Hope United Kingdom event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and the event organizers, or contact Convoy of Hope United Kingdom 107-111 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2AB, in writing of their intentions and include a photograph. Convoy of Hope United Kingdom will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a Convoy of Hope United Kingdom event or by failing to notify Convoy of Hope United Kingdom in writing of your desire to not have your photograph used by Convoy of Hope United Kingdom, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Convoy of Hope United Kingdom from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organisation not affiliated with Convoy of Hope United Kingdom may not use, copy, alter, or modify Convoy of Hope United Kingdom photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions and recordings without the advance written permission of an authorised designee from Convoy of Hope United Kingdom.
